My Story:

As a kid we moved around A LOT, in the first 20 years of my life I lived in 6 different states all over the country. Through those moves I was able to see and experience so many different cultures.

I found throughout the years that the people in more active and healthy environments (in regards to movement and exercise) were genuinely happier, no matter what the rest of their life looked like. That led me to investigate the health and fitness space. My junior year of high school I decided my goal was to become a Dietician (RDN) and I made that my mission.

Fast forward to 2020 we were all stuck at home and visibly more depressed from lack of movement and access to healthy foods. I decided to get my personal training license and have been helping people in their own fitness journeys since. I started my NEP study at MIZZOU in the fall of 2022 and could not have been happier as my education on how food affects the body continued to expand.

However, in the winter of 2023 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, my grades plummeted, my mood swings were astronomical and I was sleeping 17+ hours a day just to get by. After months of testing and fear I finally decided to eliminate gluten, dairy and sugar from my diet. The effects were extraordinary almost immediately my body could move again and I was able to function like myself. I am not in remission yet, but have truly seen massive benefits all by changing my diet, which has only further solidified my passion for helping women understand their body and diets.

Every chapter of our life looks a little different and that is why New Paige Nutrition got it’s name. Let’s turn a new page in your journey as you continue in this chapter of life together.

All About Me

I LOVE to read, write and yap! So I don’t think anyone was surprised when I decided to move into the education space.

I have three siblings who I love with my whole heart and am very close to.

I am a crazy plant lady and enjoy growing and cooking my own food as much as I can on my little apartment patio.

In my very limited spare time I love to try new recipes in my Ninja Creami, spend time playing games with family and friends, and move my body especially by lifting weights or swimming.

If you ask my friends they’ll tell you I have a new hobby every week which is true! I love to learn and research and turn my knowledge into things I can use in my daily life.

My Credentials & Certifications

I am a licensed Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through the American Council of Exercise and have been since 2020.

I’ve been working in the group fitness training space since 2022 and am also currently a Nutrition and Exercise Physiology student at MIZZOU.

Nutrition education and broadening the ability of women around me to take care of their bodies well through food is truly my passion and I can not wait to see where this path continues to take me.
