Hi, I’m Paige.
I help women 20 years old and beyond become empowered and confident by building habits in movement, nutrition, and mindset.
I’m a certified nutritionist and licensed personal trainer with a passion for helping women take control of their health.
Since earning my certifications in 2020, I’ve been working with clients to achieve sustainable, balanced wellness. Currently, I’m also a dietetics student at the University of Missouri, deepening my expertise to better serve you.
When I’m not coaching or studying, you’ll probably find me reading, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, or enjoying a game night with friends. I believe that living a healthy life should be both empowering and enjoyable—and I’m here to help you discover that for yourself.
